Discrete manufacturing (automotive parts, aerospace components, industrial equipment) and process manufacturing (chemicals, plastics, packaging) are both within scope. Our recruiters qualify candidates on the operations environment they're coming from (union vs. non-union, lean vs. traditional, single-site vs. multi-site, the regulatory regime) before presenting anyone.
How we conduct manufacturing searches.
Manufacturing hires fail when the candidate's previous environment doesn't map to the new one. A plant manager who ran a non-union 200-person greenfield is not the same hire as one who managed a 1,000-person legacy union site. We do the qualifying work up front: union exposure, lean / Six Sigma depth, regulatory experience (FDA, ITAR, AS9100, IATF), and the operations cadence of their last 2-3 roles. Clients meet candidates who can actually run the environment they're being hired into.

How we structure fees.
The firm conducts searches on both contingency and retained bases. For most engagements, a contingency arrangement applies: a percentage of the candidate’s first-year compensation, payable upon hire. There is no retainer and no obligation to engage.
For confidential searches, executive-level placements, or engagements requiring exclusive market representation, we can structure a retained engagement on request.
Contract placements operate on a bill-rate basis. For these engagements, the firm manages the employment relationship, including workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll, during the contract term.
