1. Our Commitment
Ideal Talent Group, LLC(“ITG,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as a baseline expectation in how the site is designed, built, and maintained, not an afterthought.
We continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of idealtalentgroup.com and to apply relevant accessibility standards.
2. Standard We Target
This site is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act.
We aim for full conformance across the four WCAG principles:
- Perceivable: information and UI components are presented in ways users can perceive.
- Operable: UI and navigation can be operated by keyboard, mouse, touch, or assistive devices.
- Understandable: content and operation are predictable and clear.
- Robust: the site works reliably with current and future assistive technologies.
3. What We’ve Done
Specific accessibility measures implemented across the site include:
- Semantic HTML: proper landmark regions (
header, nav, main, footer) and a logical heading order on every page. - Skip-to-content link: visible on focus so keyboard users can bypass the navigation on every page.
- Full keyboard support: every interactive element (links, buttons, form fields, dropdowns, dialogs) is reachable and operable with the keyboard alone.
- Visible focus indicators: all focusable elements show a 2-pixel outline with offset that meets WCAG 2.2 SC 2.4.7 and 2.4.11.
- Form labels and error messages: every form field has a programmatically associated label, explicit autocomplete attributes, and accessible inline error messaging.
- Modal dialogs: implement focus trapping, return focus to the triggering element on close, and respond to the Escape key, per ARIA Authoring Practices.
- Color contrast: body text and UI elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes (typically 11:1 or higher for body copy).
- Touch target sizes: interactive controls are at least 44 × 44 CSS pixels, exceeding the WCAG 2.2 AA minimum (24 × 24).
- Light and dark color modes: a persistent bottom-left toggle lets users choose the contrast scheme that works for them, and the site respects the operating system
prefers-color-schemesetting by default. - Reduced motion: animations and transitions are kept minimal and short; the site does not introduce parallax or auto-playing media.
- Descriptive page titles and meta: each page has a unique, descriptive title for screen-reader and tab-bar identification.
- Responsive layout: the site reflows for small viewports without requiring horizontal scrolling, and remains usable at 400% zoom (WCAG SC 1.4.10).
4. Known Limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Specifically:
- Third-party embeds: Cloudflare Turnstile bot challenges and any embedded video may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We work with vendors that have a demonstrated commitment to accessibility but cannot directly modify their underlying widgets.
- Older PDF documents: if any PDFs are linked from the site, they may not include full accessibility tagging. If you encounter a PDF you cannot read with assistive technology, please contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative format.
- User-uploaded résumés: these are handled through accessible upload controls but the documents themselves are received in the format the candidate provides.
Where a known limitation exists, we will work to provide an alternative means of accessing the relevant content or completing the relevant task on request.
5. Assistive Technologies Supported
The site is designed to be compatible with current versions of the following combinations of assistive technologies and browsers:
- VoiceOver on macOS (Safari) and iOS (Safari)
- TalkBack on Android (Chrome)
- NVDA on Windows (Firefox, Chrome, Edge)
- JAWS on Windows (Chrome, Edge)
- Browser zoom up to 400% without loss of content or function
- Operating-system text resizing and high-contrast modes
6. Third-Party Content
Some content on the site is provided by third-party services we rely on, including:
- Cloudflare Turnstile (form bot-protection)
- Google Tag Manager and analytics tags (only after consent)
We do not control the underlying code of these widgets. We monitor vendor accessibility statements and replace vendors that do not meaningfully invest in accessibility.
7. Reporting an Issue
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, have a suggestion, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond within two business days.
Email: accessibility@idealtalentgroup.com
Please include the page URL, a description of the issue, the assistive technology and browser you are using (if applicable), and your preferred contact method for our reply.
8. Review and Updates
This statement was last reviewed on April 25, 2026. Accessibility is an ongoing process. The site is reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA at least annually and after any significant change in design or functionality.
We update this statement as the standards we follow, the assistive technologies we test against, or the known limitations on the site change.
