A discreet way to find out what your practice is worth.
We recruit attorneys for law firms and in-house teams nationwide, from associate searches through partner moves. Conversations are confidential, there is no cost to candidates, and nothing happens without your approval. Most of the people we place were not looking when we first talked.
- Confidential from the first message. Your current firm never knows.
- No cost to candidates. The hiring firm pays our fee.
- An honest read on comp, caseload, and track before you commit to anything.
- If nothing fits, we say so.

Why attorneys move
From what candidates tell us at intake, ranked. Pay leads, but the quality of the work drives just as many moves, and most attorneys prefer hybrid over fully remote.

- Billable hours, workload, and burnout

Does working with a legal recruiter cost me anything?
No. Our fees are paid by the hiring firm or company, never by the candidate. Working with us costs you nothing at any stage, and there is no obligation to pursue anything we show you.
Will my current firm find out I'm looking?
Not from us. Conversations are confidential from the first message, nothing about you is shared with anyone without your explicit permission, and we never present your name to an employer you have not approved.
Do I need a résumé to start?
No. A first name and a way to reach you is enough to open a conversation. The résumé matters later, if and when there is a specific opportunity worth pursuing.
What happens after I reach out?
A recruiter contacts you discreetly, usually within one business day, to learn what you would move for. If something fits, we tell you. If nothing does, we say so and keep you in mind.
