Food & Beverage Recruiting
We fill the salaried roles food and beverage manufacturers have the hardest time filling: plant and operations leadership, quality and food safety, maintenance and controls engineering, supply chain, and the commercial teams that grow the brands. The strongest people for these seats are already employed and are not answering job posts. We know who they are, we know how to reach them quietly, and we read a food plant resume closely enough to save you weeks of interviews that go nowhere.

How we conduct food & beverage searches.
Plant leadership is one of the hardest hires in the industry, because the job asks for a rare mix: real operational credibility on the floor, fluency in food safety and audits, enough financial sense to run a P&L, and the people skills to build a supervisor bench. We screen for that whole blend, not just the title on the resume. Every search starts with your actual environment, whether that is a 24 hour co-manufacturer, a high care protein plant, a beverage line, or a growing CPG brand, and the standards that govern it: FSMA, HACCP, GMP, SQF, BRC, PCQI, and the FDA or USDA oversight your category carries. We confirm certifications and real operating experience before anyone reaches your inbox.

Senior and replacement searches run without external signaling. No name, firm, or scope leaves the engagement without explicit clearance.

How we structure fees.
The firm conducts searches on both contingency and retained bases. For most engagements, a contingency arrangement applies: a percentage of the candidate’s first-year compensation, payable upon hire. There is no retainer and no obligation to engage.
For confidential searches, executive-level placements, or engagements requiring exclusive market representation, we can structure a retained engagement on request.
Contract placements operate on a bill-rate basis. For these engagements, the firm manages the employment relationship, including workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll, during the contract term.
