What We Do

Posting & Monitoring: ITG will monitor your various active job posting websites for applicants. ITG will post jobs for hire, create and modify job descriptions and analyze success.
Review: An ITG Recruiter will review applicants based on their skillset and tenure within 1 business day of a candidate applying. Undesirable applicants will be rejected, saving your HR team precious time. Potential hires are sent to your HR team to review and pending approval an interview can be coordinated. The average number of applicants per position can range from 10 to 250.
Initial Screening (Optional): An experienced ITG Recruiter will conduct an initial interview and screen candidates for experience, skillset, personality, culture and more. An ITG Recruiter will summarize candidate experience, compensation requirements, and interview availability in an email to your HR or Hiring Team. This Initial Screening typically takes about 60 minutes per candidate, saving your HR team significant time.
